Very nice stay

We loved the house, it was clean and very close to shopping and all. A few things that could use improvement are water pressure is very low, the master bath doesnt have a door (????) and there are no steps outside where you come out to the patio which proved to be quite dangerous. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Great place to call home

My family and I really enjoyed the house. The open floor plan was perfect and the pool was a great respite from the heat after retiring from the beach. I highly recommend the house if you are considering it.

Nice Beach Week

The Stillwater villa was very nice comfortable place for my self and family. It was convenient to Cruz Bay area store and restaurants. Also a short drive to beaches and area attractions. We enjoyed the abundant sea-life with multiple snorkeling adventures. Also we enjoyed the views from the deck and pool on evenings.

It’s perfect for a larger group and is very clean! Perfect spot to get up in the morning make some coffee and sit out on the deck taking in the views. We will definitely look to stay here again each year!

Great home for families!

My family of five (2 adults and 3 kids ages 5-10yrs) stayed at StillWaters and we had a great week! What a view!! The checkin process was just as expected as was the home. Spacious and clean home for our group. The kids loved the pool and it was clean. A well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. (The kitchen could use some more dinner plates and new potholders, and the coffee pot could be due for replacing or a good cleaning but it worked fine for us and otherwise it fit our needs very well.) We cooked and grilled several meals during our stay. The bedrooms accommodated our family well and were comfy enough. The kids loved sleeping and hanging out in the second floor loft. (Note: this home’s layout could be tricky for families with toddlers.) I loved the updated decor and linens in the home. Plenty of bath and beach towels. We didn’t have toilet paper or hand soap upon arrival but Bob dropped some off to us the next day. Speaking of Bob, he lives right down the hill, is very nice and was responsive when I had a minor issue with the dryer and needed to reset the Wi-Fi. He was able to help me out all over text to fix the issues quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and we would stay here again!

Peaceful Retreat

Still Waters was perfect for our family of five. Gorgeous views of the water, island and mountains from the wrap around deck and floor to ceiling sliders. A peaceful and relaxing spot to come back to after fun and busy days adventuring and exploring the island of St. John.

Fantastic!!

This property was amazing! The location, the view, the decor, the space were all perfect for a family vacation! I loved being able to get up and “ hang out” on the porch with a beautiful view of the island and the sunsets were tremendous!! My suggestion would be to include a better quality & larger container of shampoo, some lotion(especially after the sun) and body wash! I have stayed at quite a few vrbos that have all three in large containers in the shower/ bath on the wall! Most people bring carry on bags and can only pack 3 oz containers- which is not enough for a week vacation!

Perfect Location and Lovely Villa near Cruz Bay!

Four of us stayed at Timothy’s villa in the Chocolate Hole area of St. John. It was a lovely home and perfect for the 4 of us. The views from the deck were amazing, and we enjoyed spending time out there all times of the day and night. The private pool was a great amenity, even tho we did go to the beach more then use the pool. We took advantage of the kitchen cooking most meals in. and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved that there was a gas grill for our use. We did let Timothy know of a few items that would be a nice addition to the kitchen. The villa was close to both the Dolphin and Starfish Markets as well as close to Cruz Bay itself. Easy access to many beaches. The villa was a great place to come back to after a day on the beach, water or other activity and provided a great spot for our relaxing vacation! The villa was private, quiet (did hear the roosters :), and the layout was really nice for our group. Thanks Timothy and Bob for use of this villa!!!!

Amazing house and amazing views with a short car ride into town.

We just spent a week at StillWatwer with our friends and 4 kids. We all had the most amazing time. We arrived after dark but the directions provided got us right to the front door. The house had everything we needed and was clean. Checkout was very easy. We will be coming back!

Wow! Absolutely Incredible Vacation!

This was our first time in St John and won’t be our last. This house was beautiful and the perfect spot for our much need break. More beautiful than described, we loved every minute from breakfast or dinner on the patio, a late night swim or the easy location to the beat beaches and great restaurants in St. John. Loved meeting several locals and making new friends. Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful home, we will surely be back.

Beautiful, private and peaceful

We wanted a quiet and private villa and Stillwaters was everything we had hoped for! Perfect size for our family of four (two teens). Ann Marie was wonderful to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had throughout the process. Bob met us at the ferry and drove us to pick up our rental Jeep, then led the way up to the villa to give us a full tour. It’s such a tranquil and serene location with breathtaking views. It was stocked with beach chairs and coolers and we quickly fell into the routine of loading up drinks and snacks and hitting the wonderful beaches every morning. Great centralized location for getting to all the north shore beaches with the option of driving through Cruz Bay or taking the back route which we preferred. Can’t wait to go back!

Smooth Sailing at Still Waters

Awesome property, great location for the yearly adventure in paradise! The host, AnnMarie, was the mostest! Utilized the 15% discounts at Low Key for everything from sunglasses to charters. Another great vacation in St. John. See ya in the fall.
